Common questions
Who sees my phone number?
Only the other party in a deal you accepted, and the owner of a gift you tapped “I’m interested” on, after you agree. It is never on your profile or your item pages.
How do I report an item or a user?
Tap “⋯” on the item or on the user’s profile, then “Report”. We review every report within 24 hours, and never tell anyone who reported them.
Does Tabadol guarantee money agreed in a deal?
No. Any money agreed is handed over between the two of you directly. Meet in a public place and check the item before the handover.
I forgot my password
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, then open the link you receive on the phone where the app is installed.
