Delete your Tabadol account
In the app, immediately
Open the app, then Settings, then “Delete account”, and type DELETE to confirm.
Without the app
From the email address of your account, write to support@tabadolapp.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We do it within 30 days.
What is deleted and what stays
- Deleted for good: your email and password, real name, phone number and zone, item photos, wishlist, and open gift interests.
- Ended: your open offers; your items are deleted and disappear for everyone.
- Kept without your identity: completed deals and their ratings, under “Deleted user”.
An accepted deal that is not completed is cancelled, and the other party’s items become available again.
